More About
Mike
Harlem born and raised educator, artist and community advocate who believes in growth as a foundational tool for success. That belief has shaped his path — years spent in youth development, guiding young people toward their own sense of purpose, and years spent making music that does the same for anyone who listens. To him, the two were never separate; both are about creating space for people to strive for transparency, to progress, and to pridefully accept themselves along the way.
This coupled with Mike's love for the art form and the understanding of the accountability that comes with being an artist led to something bigger: L.I.E Music Group (Limitless Imprint Entertainment), a full-service creative company Mike founded to give artists the same kind of support he is fortunate to receive — recording, mixing, mastering, digital branding and content creation all handled in-house. As an engineer and songwriter, he still helps to shape sounds for artists in his network. But it's L.I.E's network and educational programs — workshops in audio engineering, songwriting, branding, leadership, financial literacy, etc.— where his two callings meet most clearly, giving emerging creatives the tools and mentorship to grow on their own terms.
Whatever the project, the purpose stays the same: use what he's learned — in the classroom and through music — to help someone else find their own way forward and/or to bring the art a creative has in mind to life.
