Baked N' Full: The Baketress We've All Grown to Love

Baked N' Full owner and founder, Shante Ellerbe has blown us away this past year with her amazing assortment of sweet treats. She has wowed her clients with custom themed cakes, cupcakes, brownies and dozens of other perfectly decorated desserts that taste heavenly. It is rare to see such a combination of skill and attention to detail pertaining to the imagery of her baked goods combined with a mind blowing taste. It is also rare to see such high level baked goods and service come from one individual. She is responsible for purchasing all products, baking the products, designing the products, balancing the books of the company, delivering the goods, customer service and any other entity that comes with her business. I must tip my hat off to her for providing such high quality work while balancing so many different tasks. Shante is a marvel and her baked goods have been hits at many different functions throughout the year (birthday parties, office parties, baby showers, holiday events and celebrations, anniversaries, etc). I've had the pleasure to indulge and devour many of Baked N' Full's goods but the Cookies and Cream and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcakes are the best desserts I've had up to date in my life. Anything I've ordered from her has been nothing short of perfection. May 6th, she had the honor of being featured at the Booked N' Busy Pop Up Shop (hosted by Taylor Harraway of #TheTaylorMadeExperience) for several entrepreneurs in NYC.
